王琳,研究员、博士研究生导师,院校准-长聘教职引进人才。20156月毕业于浙江大学化学系,获理学博士学位加入美国普林斯顿大学整合基因组研究院从事博士后研究202111受聘于中国医学科学院基础医学研究所&北京协和医学院基础学院课题组隶属于重大疾病共性机制研究全国重点实验室,2022年入选国家级青年人才项目

 

 

 

 

研究方向

       课题组主要研究领域为代谢组学及空间分辨的代谢成像。相关成果已在NatureNature MetabolismNature MethodsCell MetabolismAnalytical Chemistry等专业期刊发表论文30余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者论文11篇,授权中国专利4项。近期课题组研究方向包括:

1)基于质谱成像技术的空间分辨多组学(代谢、代谢信息流、蛋白组)研究:将代谢信息由浓度扩展到代谢通量,由一维器官之间的分布扩展到二维器官内分布及三维细胞间分布,深入揭示我们的代谢变化“在哪里发生”、“如何发生”以及“如何调控”,拓展对疾病发生、发展等生物过程的认知。

2研究重大疾病中循环系统代谢稳态的调控机理,揭示组织器官之间的代谢互作过程,为共病的治疗发现新靶点。

       课题组计划在基础生物学、生物化学、生物信息学化学或生物物理方向招聘助理/副研究员(事业编制)1名,能够在课题组长的指导下开展课题研究及协助指导研究生,鼓励独立申请和完成科研项目。

       同时,课题组长期招收博士研究生/硕士研究生。课题组及所在研究所具有先进的质谱技术平台,与哈佛大学、普林斯顿大学、匹兹堡大学等多所学校合作紧密,可为研究生提供合理完善的培养条件。欢迎对交叉学科研究感兴趣的同学联系我们。
