王琳,研究员、博士研究生导师,院校准-长聘教职引进人才。2015年6月毕业于浙江大学化学系,获理学博士学位,后加入美国普林斯顿大学整合基因组研究院从事博士后研究。2021年11月受聘于中国医学科学院基础医学研究所&北京协和医学院基础学院,课题组隶属于重大疾病共性机制研究全国重点实验室,2022年入选国家级青年人才项目。
研究方向:
课题组主要研究领域为代谢组学及空间分辨的代谢成像。相关成果已在Nature、Nature Metabolism、Nature Methods、Cell Metabolism、Analytical Chemistry等专业期刊发表论文30余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者论文11篇,授权中国专利4项。近期课题组研究方向包括:
(1)基于质谱成像技术的空间分辨多组学(代谢、代谢信息流、蛋白组)研究:将代谢信息由浓度扩展到代谢通量,由一维器官之间的分布扩展到二维器官内分布及三维细胞间分布,深入揭示我们的代谢变化“在哪里发生”、“如何发生”以及“如何调控”,拓展对疾病发生、发展等生物过程的认知。
(2)研究重大疾病中循环系统代谢稳态的调控机理,揭示组织器官之间的代谢互作过程,为共病的治疗发现新靶点。
