李隽

李隽,籍贯河北,本科毕业于北京大学医学部基础医学专业,2010年在美国Texas A&M University 获得生物化学与生物物理博士学位。2010-2018年师从于哈佛医学院遗传系David Sinclair教授进行博士后研究。2018年8月至今,受聘于中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础医学院,目前担任生物化学与分子生物学系课题组长,研究员。2018年入选中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院 “高端科技人才”引进专项支持计划“优秀青年人才”。


本课题组主要从事衰老的分子机制和抗衰老干预方法的研究和应用。具体研究方向包括:

     (1)NAD代谢对衰老进程的调控

     (2)细胞衰老的发生机制及调控

     (3)DNA损伤/修复对细胞及机体水平衰老的影响和调控

 

      目前课题组成员包括助研1名,技术员2名 ,实验室管理员1人,硕士研究生5人,博士生2人。计划招聘助理研究员1名(研究岗),博士后1名, 同时也欢迎对衰老研究有兴趣的本科生或研究生进行交换培养或实习。
