人体解剖与组织胚胎学系

马超

负责人:马超1999年获协和医科大学八年制医学博士学位,同年进入协和医院外科任住院医师,2000年赴美国耶鲁大学医学院麻醉系进行博士后研究,2003年起任Associate Research Scientist2008年起任耶鲁大学医学院助理教授。201112月回医科院基础所工作,任人体解剖与组织胚胎学系主任、教授、博士生导师。获得协和学者荣誉称号、中国青年解剖科学家、院校优秀教师、北京脑科学与类脑中心北脑学者、北京市及全国高等教育教学成果奖等。

主要研究方向:

1. 慢性痛与痒的神经机制 Neural Mechanisms of Chronic Pain & Itch

        慢性痛是我国乃至全世界范围内严重影响人们健康生活质量的主要问题之一。在医科院基础所原谢益宽教授实验室的基础上,我们已经建立起了一个神经生物学研究实验室和科研梯队,以神经电生理、药理学、影像学、免疫组化和动物行为学为主要手段,以背根神经节在体和离体记录平台为技术特色,重点研究慢性痛的免疫相关机制以及外周感觉神经元的异位放电机理。

        在此基础上,我还与耶鲁大学医学院、协和医院等科研和临床机构开展积极合作,将研究范围推广到慢性痛与瘙痒患者的病理改变和治疗。痒觉的研究在世界范围内仍处于起步阶段,而其临床价值越来越受到人们的重视。运用类似的方法和思路,痒觉及瘙痒症的基础与临床研究可以与慢性痛的研究同步开展。

2. 国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库建设与研究项目: National Human Brain bank for Development and Function

        国家发育和功能人脑组织库是在北京协和医学院遗体捐献接收站基础上建立的以收集保藏人脑组织、服务国内神经科学相关研究为目的的公益机构。20196月正式纳入科技部国家科技资源共享服务平台:国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库。 截至202010月,已接受并保存了319例全脑组织样本。以人脑组织为基础,开展人脑库标准化建设、人脑衰老与痴呆相关的神经病理及其相关机制和多种组学研究。与北京协和医院合作建立了基于人体组织器官库的老年人群前瞻性队列,完善捐献者生前神经系统检查(包括MRI等影像学检查)及认知评估,结合去世后神经病理评估,建立信息完善的组织样本资源平台。已为本院校及国内其他单位的多个研究课题组提供了宝贵的人脑组织样本,有力的支持了中国的脑科学与脑疾病研究。

        目前该研究项目已经获得中国医学科学院人体组织器官资源库建设项目支持。
